the agency
Every year, JS holds its annual business meeting called “State of the Agency,” aka SOTA. In 2025, I designed the collateral and helped concept the theme.
The theme was “Expedition: Excellence,” hinging off of one of JS’s main values: we aim for excellence. The idea centers around the fact that while JS has succeeded so much already, it will never stop reaching for new heights.
